Poolewe Swimming pool is a registered charity managed and supported by The Highland Council from whom we receive generous financial assistance.
To pay for any new developments and for a significant part of the running costs we are dependant on local fund-raising.
Events last year
We hosted a Ceilidh on the 4th of August, run in conjunction with the Poolewe Ceilidh Partnership. On the 21st of August we had a Ceilidh which ran in conjunction with the Dundonnell Mountain Rescue Team.
300 club
Our most effective form of fundraising is the 300club. Members pay a £2 monthly subscription for a number and are entered in a monthly draw with the chance to win cash prizes.
Of course the more numbers you have the more chance you have of winning!

Covenanting
Many local people also provide support to the pool by donating a sum every month. This provides the pool with regular monthly income and allows us to fund additional projects. A covenanting form is available below.
